Jacquelyn S. Rardin, Associate IIDA, CLIPP™
Director & Lead Design Consultant

Jacquelyn S. Rardin is a visionary interior designer, strategic thinker, and collaborative leader with over 20 years’ experience in driving successful teams and programs.

She delights in working with and connecting all stakeholders in community development projects, including executive teams, sales professionals, facilities, construction partners, and residents.

Jacquelyn is your lead strategist and community development liaison. You’ll partner with her in the following capacities:

  • Needs assessment and competitive analysis
  • Strategic master planning and analysis
  • Growth and occupancy solutions
  • Integrated interior design and project management
  • Budget and programming
  • Sales and marketing programs
  • Guided process and system optimization

Jacquelyn holds a BA in Communications with a diploma in Interior Design. She is a Certified Living in Place Professional (CLIPP™) and is currently pursuing LEED accreditation. As an active community volunteer, she serves on event committees and supports outreach projects through IIDA, including design at Mary’s Place, Central District Senior Center, and Seattle Union Gospel Mission. She also provides event design assistance for Village Theatre and The Goodtimes Project fundraising events.
