“As a specialist in design and renovation for senior living and community housing environments, it is important to guide clients in sustainable practices, including reuse opportunities, safe material selections, and protecting and enhancing indoor air quality for overall health of occupants,” said Rardin. “Many facilities have goals in place for improving operational standards and heathier living, yet do not know where to begin or are not aware they can go further. Earning my LEED Green Associate accreditation proves demonstrated knowledge in green building practices and an internationally-recognized credential our clients can respect and trust.”
