In 2018, S|365 was engaged to support The Kenney in undertaking a design refresh of its common areas across four floors.

Located in Seattle, The Kenney wanted to improve the environment for its residents & enhance first impressions for prospects.

With limited scope, S|365 devised a smart multi-phased solution, beginning with wall color, new furnishings, and light décor for immediate BIG IMPACT.

The Kenney invested in contract furnishings, thematically coordinated by S|365 to offer the long-term safety, comfort, aesthetic, and maintenance goals for its community.

Prospects & residents alike love the new comfortable surroundings, while open house traffic increased, leading to more sales.
